SAX CATS Tokyo, Japan

「キャッツ」とは、ジャズを愛するミュージシャンへの愛称として使われたスラング。2015年、テナーサックス奏者、村井千紘を筆頭に、ジャズを愛する都内で活躍中のサックスプレイヤー５名により結成された、サックスだけのジャズアンサンブル。メンバー全員が編曲 を行い、全曲オリジナルアレンジで演奏をする。野外イベントへの出演や、ジャズフェスティバルや音楽フェスティバルへのゲスト出演、クリスマスマーケットでの演奏など、アコースティックな編成を武器に、演奏場所を問わず演奏活動を行う。
